NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was designed to help us think and behave more effectively and to be able to communicate more effectively with ourselves and others.
We are all born with the ability to do anything in life, but depending on our early circumstances and type of parenting we received, our central nervous system can start to believe that we cannot do these things or that we are useless. These feelings can stem from previous traumatic experiences or by being constantly ridiculed and rejected by others. These negative experiences can become so deep rooted within our unconscious mind that we believe them to be true. These experiences can lead us into a spiral of repetitive unhealthy behaviours such as social anxiety, drinking too much, taking drugs, depression, anxiety & constant negative thinking.
Fears & phobias often stem from a previous unpleasant experience. For example being bitten by a wasp once when you were small can lead to a life restricting terror of being outdoors on a lovely sunny day.
NLP helps us to release these negative emotions such as anger, blame, fear, guilt, shame, grief, unhappiness, anxiety & regret. These negative emotions end up having a devastating effect on the way we live our lives.
NLP is a very simple & easy to use tool which, will shift & remove these negative thoughts & beliefs from your unconscious mind & allow you to live your life in a happier, much more satisfying state and allow you to believe in yourself and achieve your dreams.
I will ask you a few simple questions as to what brought you to me for help and what your desired outcome is. You will not be asked to relive any painful experiences, simply just tell me the basic problem, I do not need to know the nitty gritty. You will be sitting in a chair, fully clothed, with your eyes closed and I will simply run you through a simple process of you using your memory and all your 5 senses, as if you are running a movie in your mind. Only you will see this “movie”, no one else, and we will work on changing the thoughts, feelings, beliefs associated with this memory so that it no longer controls you or has any hold on you. There will be no need for you to tell me what is happening within your own personal movie in your mind, all I will ask is how it feels on a score of 1 – 10 before and after the therapy. This is a very powerful and effective remedy which only takes approximately 30 -40 minutes to complete. The changes are rapid & instant.
